Why pay with Bitcoin
A Bitcoin payment is an ordinary on-chain transaction to a one-time address generated for your order. As soon as it confirms, the amount is converted to Monero on our side and the line is provisioned. We keep no Bitcoin, and no Bitcoin address of ours is ever reused.
- On-chain only. Send a regular transaction to the address shown. Lightning is not accepted at the moment.
- Confirmation. The payment page shows the confirmations required; with a normal fee that is usually ten to thirty minutes.
- Rate held 30 minutes. The BTC amount is fixed when the page opens. Pay later and the deposit is credited at its value on arrival, never less than what landed.
How it works, step by step
- Pick the line. Choose a country and a line type among 47 countries. The exact total, activation included, is shown before you pay.
- Choose Bitcoin at checkout. The payment page shows the amount in BTC, a one-time address and a QR code. The amount is held for 30 minutes.
- Send the exact amount. From any wallet or exchange, on the Bitcoin (on-chain) network. Add your exchange's withdrawal fee on top so the full sum arrives.
- Wait for credit. Ten to thirty minutes, depending on fee and confirmations in practice. The page moves from seen to confirming to credited on its own; no need to reload.
- Use the line. It is live about a minute after credit: calls, SMS with the code extracted, voicemail — from the panel or the API.
Choose Bitcoin at checkout. The page shows the BTC amount, the address and a QR code, then watches the mempool: the transaction appears as seen within seconds, confirming as blocks are found, and credited once the required confirmations are in.
Pick a normal fee. A transaction sent with a minimal fee at a busy moment can wait hours. It will still be credited when it confirms, but the line will not be live until then. Most wallets' default fee is fine.

Mistakes that cost money
- Sending from a KYC exchange does not affect the line, but it writes your exchange account next to our address in a public ledger. Send from a wallet you control if that matters to you.
- Wrong network. The address is a Bitcoin mainnet address (bc1… or 3…). Wrapped or bridged BTC on other chains is not accepted and cannot be recovered.
- Dust or rounding. Send the amount shown; wallets that round down leave a partial the page will ask you to top up.
Questions
How long does a Bitcoin payment take?
Typically ten to thirty minutes with a normal fee: the payment page shows how many confirmations it waits for. The line is live about a minute after credit.
Do you accept Lightning?
Not at the moment. On-chain Bitcoin only, to a one-time address per order.
Is paying in Bitcoin private?
The transaction itself is public. On our side it is settled to Monero immediately and the address is never reused, so nothing further accumulates; what your own history shows depends on where you sent from.
What happens if the rate moves after I open the payment?
The BTC amount is held for 30 minutes. If you pay later, the deposit is credited at its value when it arrives, never below what actually landed.
Can I pay from a hardware wallet?
Yes. Any wallet that sends an ordinary on-chain transaction works.
