Measured from our own probes in Frankfurt, Ashburn and Singapore, one check per minute per system, plus the delivery receipts our carriers return. Everything on this page is computed from that record — nothing is set by hand.

History

Every incident since day one.

Nothing is removed once it is posted. 58 incidents over 735 days of service, maintenance windows included below.

Partial outage

Incoming calls dropping on Australian ranges

30 Nov 2024, 17:10 UTC lasted 2 h 18

  • Voice & voicemail
  1. Resolved19:28

Resolved. Everything has been running normally since; nothing is pending on your side.

  2. Monitoring18:49

Rerouting is complete and delivery has recovered on every affected range.

  3. Identified17:48

The carrier confirmed a fault on their messaging gateway. Affected ranges are being rerouted to a second carrier.

  4. Investigating17:10

One of our carriers is rejecting traffic on part of these ranges. We have opened a ticket on their side and started rerouting.

Degraded performance

Outbound SMS queued to Germany

27 Nov 2024, 09:49 UTC lasted 1 h 48

  • Outbound SMS
  1. Resolved11:37

Resolved. Everything has been running normally since; nothing is pending on your side.

  2. Monitoring11:06

Queued messages are draining and delivery times are back under ten seconds.

  3. Identified10:19

Confirmed: one upstream route was queuing messages instead of rejecting them. Traffic is moving to the backup route.

  4. Investigating09:49

A delivery route used for these ranges is returning delays. We are failing traffic over to a second route.

Degraded performance

Panel slow to load

25 Nov 2024, 12:10 UTC lasted 1 h 9

  • Web panel
  1. Resolved13:19

Resolved. Everything has been running normally since; nothing is pending on your side.

  2. Monitoring12:59

The node is back in the pool and response times are normal.

  3. Identified12:29

Identified: a cache node dropped out of the pool and requests fell through to origin.

  4. Investigating12:10

Page loads in the panel are slow. We are investigating the cache layer.

Partial outage

New numbers in Spain not going live

22 Nov 2024, 10:52 UTC lasted 1 h 7

  • Number provisioning
  1. Resolved11:59

Resolved. Everything has been running normally since; nothing is pending on your side.

  2. Monitoring11:40

Allocations have resumed and every held order has been provisioned.

  3. Identified11:10

Identified: our supplier paused allocations on these ranges. Orders are held, never charged twice.

  4. Investigating10:52

New numbers in this country are not going live after payment. Existing lines are unaffected.

How to read this page

What the numbers mean.

Times are UTC

Every timestamp on this page is UTC, with no daylight saving. A day runs from 00:00 to 23:59 UTC, which is also how the 90-day bars are cut.

Uptime is weighted

A major outage costs the full minute, a partial outage half of it, degraded performance twelve percent. Ninety minutes of slow delivery is not the same as ninety minutes of nothing, and the number says so.

What an incident is

Anything a customer could notice: delayed codes, a failing route, a slow panel, a payment not crediting. Third-party outages that break delivery are posted here too, even when the fault is upstream.

Machine-readable

The same data is served as summary.json for dashboards and as an Atom feed for readers and chat bots. Both are public and need no key.

No e-mail alerts

We never ask for an address, so we cannot send one. Subscribe to the feed, poll the JSON, or point a webhook at it — that is the whole notification story, by design.

Maintenance

Planned work is announced here at least 72 hours ahead and runs between 02:00 and 05:00 UTC. Your numbers keep receiving throughout; orders placed during a window are queued, never lost.

Something broken that is not listed?

Open a ticket from the panel, or write to us — we post an incident here as soon as we can confirm it affects more than one account.
