History

Every incident since day one.

Nothing is removed once it is posted. 58 incidents over 735 days of service, maintenance windows included below.

Degraded performance

Delayed inbound SMS on US ranges

26 Sep 2025, 15:50 UTC lasted 1 h 19

  • Inbound SMS
  1. Resolved17:09

Resolved. Everything has been running normally since; nothing is pending on your side.

  2. Monitoring16:46

Queued messages are draining and delivery times are back under ten seconds.

  3. Identified16:12

Confirmed: one upstream route was queuing messages instead of rejecting them. Traffic is moving to the backup route.

  4. Investigating15:50

A delivery route used for these ranges is returning delays. We are failing traffic over to a second route.

Under maintenance

Storage migration for voicemail archives

14 Sep 2025, 03:00 UTC lasted 1 h 30

  • Voice & voicemail
  1. Completed04:30

Completed on time, with no impact outside the window.

  2. Started03:00

The maintenance window has started. Numbers keep receiving throughout.

Degraded performance

Slow Ethereum confirmations

9 Sep 2025, 19:14 UTC lasted 57 min

  • Crypto payments
  1. Resolved20:11

Resolved. Everything has been running normally since; nothing is pending on your side.

  2. Monitoring19:55

The mempool has drained and confirmations are back to normal times.

  3. Identified19:29

Identified: mempool congestion on the network. We raised the confirmation timeout so nothing expires while it clears.

  4. Investigating19:14

Confirmations are slower than usual because of network congestion. Deposits are safe and credit once confirmed.

Degraded performance

  3. Identified09:59

Confirmed: one upstream route was queuing messages instead of rejecting them. Traffic is moving to the backup route.

  4. Investigating09:44

A delivery route used for these ranges is returning delays. We are failing traffic over to a second route.

  • Public API
  • Web panel
  1. Resolved17:10

  4. Investigating15:39

Requests are timing out. We are investigating the database layer.

How to read this page

What the numbers mean.

Times are UTC

Every timestamp on this page is UTC, with no daylight saving. A day runs from 00:00 to 23:59 UTC, which is also how the 90-day bars are cut.

Uptime is weighted

A major outage costs the full minute, a partial outage half of it, degraded performance twelve percent. Ninety minutes of slow delivery is not the same as ninety minutes of nothing, and the number says so.

What an incident is

Anything a customer could notice: delayed codes, a failing route, a slow panel, a payment not crediting. Third-party outages that break delivery are posted here too, even when the fault is upstream.

Machine-readable

The same data is served as summary.json for dashboards and as an Atom feed for readers and chat bots. Both are public and need no key.

No e-mail alerts

We never ask for an address, so we cannot send one. Subscribe to the feed, poll the JSON, or point a webhook at it — that is the whole notification story, by design.

Maintenance

Planned work is announced here at least 72 hours ahead and runs between 02:00 and 05:00 UTC. Your numbers keep receiving throughout; orders placed during a window are queued, never lost.
